Tietz Throws Shutout As Goslings Defeats Arrowhead 3-0

Trevor Tietz didn't allow a single run as Goslings defeated Arrowhead 3-0 on Tuesday. Tietz allowed just three hits and struck out Alex Tanke to end the game.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Trevor Tietz struck out nine, while Arrowhead pitchers sat down five.

Goslings took an early lead in the second inning. Jonathan Lehman drove in one when he singled in the second inning.

One bright spot for Arrowhead was a single by Alex Tanke in the second inning.

Tietz earned the win for Goslings. He pitched seven innings, giving up zero runs, three hits, striking out nine, and walking zero. Davis Zeutzius took the loss for Arrowhead. He went three and a third innings, giving up three runs, seven hits, striking out four, and walking one.

Anthony DeGalleyLehman, and Colin Schultz each drove in one run to lead Goslings.

Goslings Jumps Out To Early Lead In Victory Over Stoughton

Goslings jumped out to an early lead over Stoughton and took home an 8-3 victory on Friday.Goslings scored on a single by Colin Schultz and a groundout by Brandon Hunter in the second inning.

Goslings earned the victory despite allowing Stoughton to score three runs in the seventh inning. Stoughton's big inning was driven by a single by Brock Wanninger, a groundout by Aaron Zimmerman, and a single by Saxton Shore.

Goslings took an early lead in the second inning. Colin Schultz singled on a 2-0 count in the second inning, scoring one run.

Goslings scored four runs in the third inning. The big inning was thanks to a error, a double by Braeden Christian, a single by Schultz, and a stolen base.

Stoughton scored three runs in the seventh inning. The big inning for Stoughton came thanks to a single by Wanninger, a groundout by Zimmerman, and a single by Shore.

Jack Walsh earned the win for Goslings. He pitched six innings, surrendering two runs, five hits, striking out nine, and walking zero. Wanninger took the loss for Stoughton. He tossed three innings, allowing six runs, six hits, striking out two, and walking one.

Goslings had nine hits in the game. Schultz and Trevor Tietz each collected multiple hits for GoslingsTietz and Schultz all had two hits to lead GoslingsGoslings stole eight bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Schultz led the way with two. Goslings didn't commit a single error in the field. Lucas Schramm had the most chances in the field with ten.
