Camps and Clinics

Watertown Youth Baseball Pitching Coach

Players will increase throwing efficiency and overall arm health.   Emphasis on various exercises and movement patterns, players will focus on stabilizing key joints in the throwing motion. Forearm, Shoulder, and Core strengthening are used to both increase stability while throwing at higher velocities, but more importantly reduce the risk of injury.

The catching portion is designed to provide age appropriate instructions on throwing technique, stance/receiving, block and recover, pop-up priority footwork, glove work and making the correct call.   Emphasis on fundamentals are established and reinforced, players will receive instruction in advanced catching, including: tag plays, bunt plays, pop ups, communication, and pitch calling.  In addition each player will receive a comprehensive stretching routine to improve hip flexibility, mobility, strength, and endurance. 


2019 WYBA Fall Baseball Clinic

Location:  Riverside Middle School
Date:  November 9th
Deadline October 25th

Clinic will run for 2 hours.  Starting time at 9 am for younger age levels.  Specific times will be determined after registration is closed.  Registration closes October 25th
